Rica Peralejo took to social media to pay tribute to her late friend and celebrity photographer Raymund Isaac, who died weeks ago due to COVID-19.

KAMI learned that the actress honored Raymund on social media by emotionally recalling her special moments with him many years ago.
She shared that during her “party days” in Boracay, she and Raymund usually bumped into each other and spent time together.
According to Rica, Raymund was able to teach her that photos showing natural, candid and casual moments are more powerful than photos with manufactured moments.

Finally, Rica said that she is already missing her friend and that she cannot wait to bump into him again someday.
“It took me a while to post about our dear @raymundisaac because I had to find these photos first.
“This was in Boracay, during my ‘party days.’ We always bumped into each other there on the usual Holy Week and New Year vacays our generation used to spend mostly in the island.
“Swipe to the next photo and see how on this same trip, Raymund took a photo of me and my friend Dboy, in a way that forever changed my photo preferences.
“We were walking in the DMall back then when he grabbed my camera, started taking photos of me while talking and talking and laughing with Dboy. And only when I was DL-ing the photos did I realise how photos really should be done — he just captured, simply captured ME, the MOMENT, the place.
“I never took and saw photos the same way ever again. You introduced me to #photjourn My Dear Raymund. And of all the ones you took of me in your studio, this is the one I treasure the most. When you just made sure to capture the subject in her casual, un-artista, un-branded, moment.
“Love you, Raymund. I just always think of how at least magkasama na kayo ni Mommy now. I miss you both, your kind souls. Your kind eyes. Your joy. I cannot wait to encounter that again someday. Rest well and in the bliss of peace, free from the pains of this world. Here is to hoping that you are just being trigger happy with your cam right now as beauty flaunts itself around you,” Rica wrote on Instagram.
