Baguio City is currently trending on social media after Paolo Contis broke his silence on his and LJ Reyes' breakup.
KAMI learned that the word “Baguio” was among the trending topics on Twitter Philippines following the actor’s tell-all post.
In his post, Paolo revealed that he went to the Summer Capital of the Philippines with Yen Santos, his co-star in his latest movie “The Faraway Land”, when LJ, Aki, and Summer left for the US.
“When LJ left for the States with the kids, I went to Baguio for 3 days dahil ayaw ko sa Manila at gusto kong makapag isip isip. Naging insensitive ako about the possible effects nung issue and I invited Yen for a day para may makausap since malapit lang siya sa North din.”

Paolo also apologized to Yen, who joined him in Baguio as a friend, after she was dragged into the issue.
“She went there as a friend. Hindi ko naisip na madadamay siya ng ganito. I’m sorry for this.”
Aside from "Baguio", "Paolo Contis" also became one of the trending topics on the said micro-blogging site.
Paolo Contis, born on March 14, 1984, is an actor and comedian of Italian descent who appeared in his acting debut as a child actor in the ABS-CBN show "Ang TV". His celebrity ex-girlfriends include Lian Paz and LJ Reyes.
Paolo finally broke his silence and told LJ Reyes that he is very sorry. The actor took to Instagram and wrote his narrative, addressing the issues that were thrown at him. "I'm very sorry. For everything. Sa lahat lahat," said Paolo to LJ. He then said that he will be making himself a better person and would learn from everything that transpired.
Kuya Kim Atienza then penned his frank comment on Paolo’s tell-all post. In the comment section of Paolo’s post, Kuya Kim gave some pieces of advice to the actor.
