Paolo Contis’ former wife Lian Paz took to social media to share her thoughts on what makes children happy.

According to Lian, material things are not enough to make kids happy. She wrote that aside from food and shelter, parents also need to nurture and love their children, make them feel positive about the future, take care of their mental and emotional health, and give them a sense of belongingness.
Lian has two children with Paolo – Xonia and Xalene. She is now engaged to her partner, John Cabahug.
“What makes a child Happy? The things that really make children happy are not ‘things’ at all.

“They’re really life conditions, such as having enough nurture and love; a strong sense of attachment to a parent, confidence and optimism about the future; physical health; mental health and emotional health; a sense of belonging to something larger than oneself; and of course, basic needs such as food and shelter, A safe Haven. Healthy kids are Happy kids,” Lian wrote on Instagram.
Paolo Contis is a Filipino actor and comedian of Italian descent who appeared in his acting debut as a child actor in the ABS-CBN show "Ang TV". He was born on March 14, 1984. Contis is half-Italian (from his father) and half-Filipino (from his mother). He was a popular child actor where he already appeared in various movies during the mid-1990s. Despite being cast in the popular teleserye "Mara Clara", Contis was better known for being part of the primetime sitcom "Oki Doki Doc". He has won several awards, particularly at the PMPC Star Awards. His celebrity ex-girlfriends include Lian Paz and LJ Reyes.
LJ Reyes recently stunned netizens after she answered a question about what could end a good relationship. During one of the recent episodes of "Mars Pa More", LJ and Camille Prats were playing a game alongside Jelai Andres and Divine Aucina. Among the questions they received was if they ever made a huge mistake in the past which affected a relationship they had. According to LJ, she has not yet ruined a good relationship but said that perhaps her "mapilit" attitude could ruin a relationship.
