Isabel Oli, 39, has recently been under the spotlight after her old statement during a press conference back in 2009 resurfaced on social media.

In February of 2009, KAMI learned that Isabel addressed several issues about her breakup with her former boyfriend, Paolo Contis.

Among the things that Isabel was her engagement with Paolo which only lasted for a short period of time as she eventually returned the ring to him.

During the press conference, Isabel admitted that she returned the ring as she believes she and Paolo are no longer okay.

Despite her decision to do so, the actress openly admitted that it still hurt, "Syempre, masakit, di ba. Masakit, kasi a month after, I returned the ring.

"Kasi feeling ko naman, hindi na kami okay. So, I returned the ring, 'tapos yun, break na kami, a month after o mga three weeks after lang pala."

Aside from this, Isabel mentioned that she returned it due to the bond and memories the ring had as well.

It can be worth noting that the said interview resurfaced amid Paolo's controversial breakup with Kapuso actress-host, LJ Reyes.

Isabel Oli is a Filipina model. She is also a television and movie actress. She is the wife of John Prats, an actor. They got married in 2015. They now have three kids – Feather, Freedom, and Forest.
