LJ Reyes finally broke her silence on talks that she and her partner, Paolo Contis, have already called it quits and parted ways.

The actress opted to speak out the truth about what really happened between her and Paolo.
According to LJ, she had been mum about it for some time and that she found out many things during the past two months.
“The past two months have been revelation after revelation,” the actress said.

She also revealed how difficult it was for her to sleep at night and that the only thing that calms her down are praise and worship songs.
“Sa gabi nagpapatulog sa kin ay praise and worship,” LJ told Abunda.
The actress then told the talk show host that sometimes she would have nightmares and even ask questions on why things turned out that way.
“Minsan binabangungot na ako, paano nangyari ‘yung mga bagay na nangyari?” she said.
LJ then told Abunda that she uncovered the truth from what people revealed to her.
She said she cannot anymore separate the reality from the truth that she had uncovered, adding that she was guided by the information given her by people around her.
“'Di ko na mahiwalay ‘yung reality na nalaman ko, na information ng revelation sa mga tao sa paligid ko na uncover ko,” the actress said.
LJ then told Abunda that she started to notice some changes the behavior of Paolo since late last year.
She said that from Paolo turned from being a homebody to someone who is always out of their home.
LJ said she would ask the actor if they’re still okay but then the actor would immediately “dismiss” such conversation.
However, LJ said her intuition is much stronger, particularly that he knows Paolo well and love him very much.
The actress said that she just somehow knew about the truth because she knows how to love and be love, and besides, she knew Paolo very well.
“Kapag nagmamahal ka, alam mo. Pagkilala mo ‘yung tao, alam mo,” LJ told the talk show host.
While LJ did not tell in detail what she discovered about her partner, she did say that she believed the only recourse for her and the kids is to leave and go somewhere far away.
LJ, along with her children, Aki and Summer, went to New York in late August to stay with the actress’ family there.
LJ and Paolo have been together for six years.

Last month, LJ and her two kids, Aki and Summer, flew to New York amid her breakup with her long-time partner Paolo Contis. The actress is a dual citizen, hence, she can easily go to America along with her children. The mother of LJ and her sibling are also in the U.S., so she has family on the other side of the world. She revealed to Tito Boy that she flew to the U.S. with her children last week, prior to the airing of her interview with the veteran broadcaster.
The actress also denied rumors that her separation with Paolo is a mutual decision. She said that both of them should have admitted in the past that there is something wrong with their relationship. The actress revealed that she has noticed the change in behavior of Paolo and it seemed to her that the actor was just waiting for her to call it quits.
