During the interview, Heart reacted to rumors that she spends the money of her husband to buy luxurious items.
The actress completely denied the rumor, saying that she has her own money from decades of working in showbiz.
According to Heart, she uses her own money to buy things instead of using Chiz’s money so that no one can accuse her of using her husband to live a luxurious lifestyle. Heart said that although she is not “crazy rich,” she has enough money because she has been working for a long time now.

“When people say na he spends for me, no, not at all. But if there’s anything that I want them to know is, I mean I make my own.
“I’m not crazy rich. It’s just that I’ve been working for a long time. Pero meron din ako sa sarili ko.
“And the only reason why is because I think para malinis. I also wanted him to feel na hindi ko siya gagamitin,” Heart shared.
Chiz added that he and Heart have a prenuptial agreement to have separate money.
“We have a prenup. What’s hers is hers, what’s mine is mine,” Chiz said.
Heart Evangelista is a famous actress, endorser, and vlogger in the Philippines. She is married to politician Chiz Escudero, the current governor of Sorsogon. The Kapuso star got pregnant in 2019 but lost her twins due to miscarriage.
In a previous report by KAMI, Chiz got an unexpected birthday greeting from Heart’s ex-boyfriend. Daniel Matsunaga greeted Chiz on social media, which prompted a thank you note from the actress.
The actress announced on her social media account that she is officially signing off as the creative director of a local fashion brand. She mentioned in her lengthy post that she will forever treasure the memories that she had with all the people working at the said fashion brand.
