Donnalyn Bartolome and her fellow YouTuber, Jose Hallorina, have continuously trended on social media due to their issue about Nanay Josie's death.
It can be worth noting that both parties have already released statements about one another's accusations over the sudden passing of Nanay Josie.
Following this news, KAMI learned that Atty. Randolf Libayan, a trial lawyer, has finally broken down the issue's legal aspect of turning someone over.

Libayan began by applying some critical thinking over the issue, "Ito lang ang sasabihin ko diyan mga ka-BATASnatin, hindi tungkol sa batas 'to.

"Critical thinking lang. Wala namang boundaries ang tulong. Kung gusto niyong tumulong sa isang tao, tumulong lang kayo.
"Hindi naman porke yung isang tao, parang tinurn over o binigay niyo na sa isang pamilya eh ico-close niyo na yung window, ico-close niyo na yung doors."
At one point, Atty. Libayan discussed the question of whether or not filing a cyber libel case is applicable in the issue between Donnalyn and Jose.
"Ngayon, ang tanong diyan, pwede bang magkaroon ng kasuhan sa ganyan na pagkakataon? Simpleng simple lang naman ang definition ng cyber libel.
"If you cast any defamatory remarks or defamatory actions, naninira ka online, pwedeng makasuhan ka," he revealed.
According to Atty. Libayan, "This particular issue ay madali lang naman pagusapan ng pamilya na sila sila lang."
He then added, "You are a stranger eh, that's not good. Ganto mga ka-BATASnatin, ang rule na ginagamit namin kapag kami ay nakikipagayos sa korte.
"Unang unang usapan diyan yung mga parties involved lang ang makikipagusap. Sila lang yung dadakdak, sila lang yung makikipag-participate.
"Bakit? Kasi kung may stranger, lalong gumugulo. Pag may sulsol, lalong gumugulo. Tito man yan, Ate man yan, Kuya man yan, hindi pwede."
Atty. Libayan went on to emphasize that the people who only get to speak up should be the parties involved.
"Ang kailangan lang magsalita yung parehong partido. Pangalawa, kung hindi kaya nung parehong partido, pwedeng yun mga abogado ang makikipagusap.
"Bakit? Para maging maayos, para di humaba yun kwentuhan, para walang nangdi-demonyo at walang nadi-demonyo.
"At ang pangatlong scenario dito ay merong third person o third party na pwedeng pumagitna sa kanila pero ang pumapagitna sa kanila dapat pinili ng parehong partido.
"Kapag hindi pinili ng parehong partido, hindi pwede, bakit? Syempre magkakaroon ng mas matinding kaguluhan. Which is yun nga ang nangyayari dito."
