Kris Bernal recently took to social media to share an insightful body positivity post.
She penned it on her Instagram account alongside photos of her sporting her stunning physique.
The actress also hit back at those who have “problem” with her body.
“Yeah, right, whatever. My purpose is way bigger than anyone's opinion of me. And, I will never sacrifice who I am because someone else has a problem with it.”

Kris also pointed out that each body is beautiful.
“In a time when emotional and mental wellbeing are gravely impacted, I hope more people will normalize our bodies for keeping us alive (No matter what shape it's in!). Normalize shunning ‘beauty standards’ because there's none. We are all strong and beautiful just as we are.”

Kris Bernal is a Filipina actress who rose to prominence when she became a finalist in the StarStruck talent competition. Kris is known for her dual role as the evil Rosette and the tragic Nimfa in Impostora. She also had roles on Boys Nxt Door, SOP, and Zaido: Pulis Pangkalawakan.
Kris and her fiancé Perry Choi’s prenuptial photos have been shared with the public recently. The said photos were beautifully photographed by Nice Print Photography. According to the prominent actress, they were supposed to have their prenup shoot in South Africa. Due to travel bans, the couple decided to do the photoshoot in a lovely resort in Nasugbu, Batangas instead.
Earlier, Kris also shared an empowering post on social media before turning 32. According to Kris, she used to get affected by “pandak, anorexic, butiki, kawayan” remarks about her but she proudly stated that she’s now embracing her imperfections. The said post shows a photo of the actress flaunting her flawless skin and fit body.
