John Lloyd Cruz has recently had a one-on-one interview with Karen Davila on her official YouTube channel.
During their interview, KAMI learned that the actor was asked about his son, Elias Modesto, and about being a father to him as well.
When asked if he was ready to become a father back then, John Lloyd said no, "Hindi. Tingin ko isang bagay siya na akala mo ready ka because you wanted it."

However, when Karen asked if it was the responsibility he got scared of, John Lloyd said he "didn't get scared at all."
"I was scared to admit na parang, 'Uy! Medyo... it's a little bit too much than what I expected' pero yun ata yun eh. I think that's the whole essence of it," he clarified.
According to John Lloyd, being a father to Elias is "probably the most fascinating thing" in his life right now.
At one point during the interview, John Lloyd said he always wants his son to remember that his "timing" was a beautiful moment for him.
"Yun lang, gusto ko lang makita niya and hindi mawala sa kanya na yung timing niya sa buhay ko napakaganda."
