In an Instagram live video, the singer gave some glimpses of her and her family’s simple life in America.
“What's the feeling waking up in the US not as a tourist, but as a resident? Kasi dito rin naman ako tumira noon pero, of course, different situation back then,” Jaya said.
“As a resident now, as a wife, a mother, sobrang thankful ako sa Panginoon.”
In the video, Jaya could likewise be seen cooking their breakfast.
"Tignan niyo dito sa Amerika, simple lang ang buhay oh. Simpleng-simple lang oh!" she said while preparing the ingredients.
She also shared about her plans to do vlogs soon to stay connected with her supporters.

Jaya revealed that she has decided to go back to the US with her family. The talented singer shared the reasons behind the decision to leave the country which included the difficulties she faced during the pandemic. She also mentioned that she felt like God has better plans for her and her family.
Earlier, Jaya's husband was hospitalized after having a stroke. The singer expressed her gratitude to the doctors and nurses of Diliman Doctors Hospital. She was very thankful for taking care of them amid the country's battle against the coronavirus.
