Niña Jose Quiambao shares she suffered second-degree burns from suob accident last year

Niña Jose Quiambao, 32, has revealed in her latest Instagram post that she suffered from second-degree burns from a "suob" mishap.
On Sunday, July 11, KAMI learned that the former actress penned a lengthy post about the excruciating pain she went through.
"Today marks the anniversary of one of the most traumatizing and painful moments of my life. Last year was a very challenging year for my health.
"And because I was so paranoid about my health a little discomfort in my jaw or my TMJ or my allergies I thought I could self-medicate and do suob," she began.

According to Niña, suob "does wonders" but as she is a "clumsy person" herself, an accident happened while she was doing it.
"On this day last year around 11 PM, I was doing suob and the pail of steaming hot water was in a shaky table... Hahaha in a matter of minutes the steaming hot water fell on me."
The former actress recalled being in shock and unable to move or stand up right away.
"I was in shock I did not even stand up right away... I didn’t even cry right away, but after a few minutes I did... Hahaha late reaction. It turned out it was a second-degree burn in my thighs, bútt, and some parts of my private area."

Among the procedures that had to be done was to "debris the burn" while she was "in immense pain."
"My pain tolerance is quite high but this one I couldn’t take, I had to be under painkillers and the pinaka-extreme one na-dextrose."
Niña recalled crying every time she took a shower, "Every time I’d take a shower I would cry and pray Hail Marys. I couldn’t sleep normally I had to be dapa for a month.
"I couldn’t sit down and pee properly. It was either I would stand only or walk around and lie down."
At the end of her viral online post, Niña wrote, "Moral of the story: Be careful when suob-ing."

Niña Jose is a former PBB housemate and actress who is now married to Bayambang Mayor Cezar Quiambao. They both tied the knot back on November 17 but were already married in a civil ceremony in January of 2017. Since then, she has been visible and active in activities for the community in Bayambang, Pangasinan.
