A woman in love took matters into her own hands after her boyfriend of eight years has not yet proposed to her.

In a Facebook post, Lyka Domingo posted the photos and video of the proposal to her boyfriend.
It was not the boyfriend who proposed though but Lyka.
The video of the proposal immediately went viral.
It showed Lyka, dropping on one knee, and popping out the ultimate question, "Will you marry me?"
She also has a message to all those who are in love.
"Huwag kayong matakot at mahiya. Gawin ang mga bagay na magpapakita kung gaano n’yo kamahal ang inyong kasintahan," said Lyka.
