According to the post of the Kapuso actress, change starts from within.
"We cannot create the life we strive for if we do not first change internally."
The post then included a little advice, directed at no one in particular.
"Keep discarding the habits that are stalling you."
It then highlighted on improving oneself, introspecting and finding ways to heal.
"Discover new ways in which you can improve your days. Introspect yourself for emotional blockages and find ways to heal. You got this."

He added that he is also excited about where he is going. Robin openly revealed that Aljur and Kylie have separated and he hinted at the involvement of a third party.
