After his last rep, Derek exclaimed that he was able to perform a total of 90 reps during the exercise.
Ellen laughed and expressed her bewilderment that her boyfriend was able to perform such a high number of repetitions even after a long break from exercising.
In an earlier post, Ellen shared that she and Derek actually took a three-week break from working out.
