Senator Manny Pacquiao accepted the dare of President Duterte to name the office that is corrupt.
In a statement made by Pacquiao, he specified the Department of Health (DOH) as the corrupt office.
Addressing the dare, he outlined the alleged things that fall within the purview of the DOH, which may have been subjected to corruption, as per GMA News.
"Magsimula tayo sa DOH. Silipin at busisiin natin lahat ng mga binili mula sa rapid test kits, PPE, masks at iba pa," said Pacquiao in Inquirer.
Addressing Duque, the senator asked if he was ready to show how much he had spent and where the money loaned for the pandemic went.
"Handa ka ba Sec. Duque na ipakita ang kabuuan ng iyong ginagastos? Saan napunta ang pera na inutang natin para sa pandemya?"

Pres. Rodrigo Duterte took offense at the statements made by Sen. Manny Pacquiao. The senator said that the current administration, which is that of Duterte, is more corrupt than the previous administration. The President then challenged Pacquiao to pinpoint the offices that are corrupt and he would be the one who would handle them. He then said that if Pacquiao fails to give the President the list, he would be campaigning against the senator.
Sen. Manny Pacquiao hits back at President Rodrigo Duterte who stated Tuesday that the lawmaker should go back to school as he “has a very shallow knowledge” of the issue. Pacman said that while he respects the opinion of the President, he does not agree with his assessment that he has “shallow knowledge” when it comes to foreign policy. The senator said that he is a Filipino speaking out on what needs to be said in defense of what was already adjudged as rightfully belonging to the Philippines. Sen. Manny also said that he believes his statement reflects the feelings and sentiments of the majority of Filipinos.
