Duterte recently challenged Pacquiao to prove his statement that there is corruption in the government. The President said that if Pacquiao is unable to show evidence, then he will campaign against the boxer-politician and brand him as a liar.
According to Solis, she agrees with both Pacquiao and Duterte in this issue, saying that this could actually lead to corrupt officials getting exposed.
The showbiz writer expressed her hope that Pacquiao would be brave enough to name the corrupt officials and that Duterte would truly impose sanctions on those politicians.
“Eye opener din iyon ginagawa ngayon ni Senator Manny Pacquiao, Salve. At least naging matapang siya sa kanyang finger pointing, at iyon kay President Duterte na hamon na ibigay niya ang pangalan ng mga corrupt officials, open invitation para heto , makita nga kung sino at anong office ng gobyerno ang corrupt at dapat bigyan pansin ni Papa Digong.
“Sana nga ito na ang umpisa para maayos iyon mga office at officials na hindi gumagawa ng para sa bayan. Ituloy tuloy na sana ni Champ Manny ang pagri reveal ng mga alam niyang hindi karapat dapat na nasa katungkulan.
“Both ways, makakatulong ito para sa lahat, basta sabihin lang ni Champ Manny, at bigyan ng proper na parusa ni Papa Digong , bongga, malilinis na ang gobyerno, at magiging maayos na ang takbo ng serbisyo para sa tao, knock out ito para sa mga tatamaan opisyal , at good rating for both Papa Digong ang Champ Manny.
“So, sana nga matuloy ang reveal, at matuloy din ang promise ni Papa Digong na aayusin niya right away. Bongga di ba, parang boxing fight din, hintayin natin sino ma knock out sa ending,” Lolit wrote on Instagram.
