Aiko Melendez, naiyak sa pangako ni Ogie Diaz sa kanya: "Ako bahala sa mga anak mo"

- During the vlog, Aiko was stunned when Ogie revealed his promise to her and her children

Aiko Melendez, 45, has shed tears in her latest vlog together with Ogie Diaz, 51.
Just recently, KAMI learned that Aiko has once again featured her "Mama Ogie" over at her YouTube channel for a one-on-one interview.
During the said vlog, Aiko was caught off guard when Ogie suddenly stated his promise to her and her children if ever she is already gone.

"Basta maipapangako ko sayo, Aiko, mawala ka man sa mundo, tapos nandito pa ako, sasaluhin ko yung mga anak mo," Ogie said which shocked Aiko.
"Naiiyak ako. Di naman ako handa diyan sa ano mo," she commented, already tearing up from the promise her friend made.
According to Ogie, in the whole industry, Aiko is his closest friend.
"Totoo nga. Sasaluhin ko yung mga anak mo. Kasi sa tagal ko sa industriya, ang pinaka-close kong artista ay si Aiko."
At one point, Aiko hilariously added a disclaimer about hugging Ogie, "Fully vaccinated na po kami. Wala po kaming pake kung i-bash niyo siya, aakapin ko siya."
"Hindi, totoo yan. Pangako ko yan sayo, Aiko," Ogie reaffirmed to which Aiko replied, "Ako rin, pangako ko."
"Basta yun lang ang pangako ko, habang nabubuhay ka, pag hindi mo na kinaya, isang tawag mo lang sakin," Ogie said.

Aiko Melendez is a popular showbiz personality in the Philippines. In 2018, she won the Best Supporting Actress award for the movie, “Rainbow’s Sunset.” In 2001, Aiko ran for councilor in the city elections in Quezon City and won. She became Councilor of the 2nd District of Quezon City and remained in office for 9 years until 2010.
