In the said video the actress reposted on Instagram, Maris delivered the rap part of her new single “Ate Sandali”. Rico, on the other hand, played the synthesizer.
“Ate Sandali rap challenge,” she wrote in the caption.
According to its music video’s caption on YouTube, “Ate Sandali” was written and composed by Maris herself, and arranged and produced by no other than her boyfriend Rico.

Mariestella Cañedo Racal or Maris Racal is a Filipina actress, singer-songwriter, host, vlogger, and endorser. She came to prominence in 2014 after joining "Pinoy Big Brother: All In" where she placed second. In a media conference, the singer-actress confirmed that she is in a relationship with Rico Blanco.
Rico Blanco is one of the famous musicians in the Philippines. He is one of the founding members of the popular OPM band, Rivermaya. In 2007, Rico left Rivermaya and started his solo career. Some of his popular hits are “Your Universe”, “Antukin”, and “Yugto.”
Before her confirmation, Maris' old tweet about Rico resurfaced on social media. The said post published in August 2017 shows Maris expressing her desire to hear the OPM icon sing live.
