Saab Magalona celebrated Father's Day by making an epic tribute to her father, OPM legend, Francis Magalona who has passed away on March 6, 2009.
The singer uploaded a cover of her father's song, ''1-800-Ninety Six' on her YouTube channel which managed to show that she truly is her father's daughter. Saab definitely got her dad's rapping skill as apparent by her performance of the song.
Saab also wrote a message in the video saying “In memory of Francis M. I borrowed your song (and your clothes.) Happy Father’s Day, Pop!”
Saab donned the exact same shirt her father had worn in the music video of his beloved song 'Kaleidoscope' which made the video even more poignant.
Naturally, netizens showered the late master rapper Francis Magalona with praises and Happy Father's Day greetings. They also noticed that the song Saab covered remains relevant up to this day.

Maria Isabella Simone Arroyo Magalona-Bacarro, known professionally as Saab Magalona, is an actress, singer, and vlogger. She is the daughter of OPM legend, Francis Magalona. She is also the vocalist of Filipino rock band Cheats which was formed by her husband, Jim Bacarro back in 2013.
KAMI also reported that Saab was featured in Preview's YouTube channel to tackle the prevalent issue of body shaming on social media. According to the singer, she is no longer affected by body shaming and that she did not get fit in order to lose weight but rather to become strong for her children
Saab Magalona posted online and was interviewed about her heartaches as a mother. Her baby girl, Luna, passed away in 2018 but the baby’s twin brother, Pancho, was able to survive. The star shared that the grief she feels for Luna has not gone away and she still gets hurt by the loss.
