According to Joel, "Lahat kami may takot sa Diyos. As an entrepreneur, hindi ko hinahaluan ng kalokohan o ano mang mali ang mga trabaho na ginagawa namin."
The 'Lord of Scents' also emphasized the importance of sharing, of giving back to your employees.
"Yung sharing is very important also. You have to love your employees, kasi yan yung mga kasama mo. Naniniwala ako na no man is an island, no man stands alone.
Ogie then asked if Joel has profit sharing, "May profit sharing ka?"
Joel openly revealed that he still has profit sharing and that he would always take care of his employees.
"Meron.
