Janella Salvador recently uploaded a photo of her on a treadmill, obviously working out hard to bring back her body’s old form.

The new mother is also trying hard to split the time between her workout routine and taking care of her adorable baby.
The actress also said that she reminds herself everyday to be proud of the progress she makes, how little it may be.
“I always have to remind myself to be proud of the progress I make everyday, no matter how little,” Janella wrote by way of a caption on the photo she posted.
She also revealed that inspite of her lack of sleep, she wakes up happier now.
“I am proud of myself for getting up with a happy heart everyday despite the lack of sleep, making time to strengthen my body and making healthier food choices while taking care of a clingy baby,” the actress added in her caption.
Janella admitted that there may be some changes in her body as a result of giving birth, she said she feels much stronger in mind, body, and heart.
“My body may have changed, but I have never felt stronger inside and out,” Janella said.
