Rabiya wore a pantsuit-type attire in flaming red color, making the Ilongga beauty queen appear like a “girl on fire.”
She captioned it with “Touchdown San Jose, California” and “Wearing @manishvaidofficial.”
Two days ago, Neil Salvacion, her ex-BF, confirmed on his Instagram account that he and Rabiya were “not together” anymore, giving strong indications that the couple broke up after weeks of speculations.
While the Ilongga beauty did not indicate anything about the breakup in her caption, the effect of her sizzling hot attire says it all.
It appears to convey is that she’s ready to face the new challenge before her, which is a life without her first boyfriend she’s used to having by her side for six years.

Rabiya Occeña Mateo is a model and beauty pageant title holder of Filipino and Indian-American ethnicity. She was born on November 14, 1996 to an Indian-American father and a Filipino mother. The name Rabiya meant a “princess” and a “queen” in Muslim. After her parents’ separation, her mother raised Rabiya and her brother, Alamgir “Mokmok” Mateo, on her own. Rabiya revealed she grew up in abject poverty, which she compensated by studying well, earning the academic distinction of ‘Third Honorable Mention’ upon graduation in high school and Latin honors upon her graduation from Iloilo Doctors College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy. The Ilongga beauty queen is a licensed physical therapist. She was was crowned Miss Universe Philippines in 2020 and represented the Philippines at the prestigious Miss Universe 2020 pageant, finishing as one of the Top 21 in the prestigious beauty pageant

After Neil confirmed the breakup with Rabiya, the Ilongga beauty queen took to Instagram and posted a new photo several hours after her BF’s announcement. She was smiling in the photo, giving a natural glow that is prevalent among beauty queens. She captioned the photo with, “As you travel, you get to experience what life truly means.” The beauty queen was in Castello di Amorosa in Napa Valley, California.
A few moments after Rabiya posted that particular photo, MJ Lastimosa, whom the Ms. Universe Philippines calls “manang, which is an Ilonggo term for ate, teased the Ilongga beauty queen. MJ commented that Rabiya may be laughing now but will cry later.
