Yassi Pressman on her struggles growing up: "financially we were not stable"

Yassi Pressman recently had a media conference to promote her new game show 'Rolling In It Philippines' which originated in Britain.

At the beginning of the conference, Yassi explained the mechanics of the game which involved luck and taking risks. In turn, the actress was asked if she was a risk-taker.

According to Yassi, yes, she was a risk-taker. The actress explained that she has always did everything she could in order to achieve her goals even if it seems daunting or impossible.

The actress also opened up about the difficulties she faced as a child growing up with a parent who worked overseas.

“It was hard po growing up having almost like a single dad. It was difficult po na magkaroon ng parent na OFW."

Yassi continued on to candidly reveal that her family struggled financially to the point that they were hardly able to replace their school shoes. Luckily, Yassi never felt unfortunate even then because of her father's love and support.

“We barely changed shoes for school. Alam mo ’yon? Pero I never felt that when I was younger because of the love that was provided by my father and by my sister. Kaya I was still lucky. I would say I was still very lucky.”

Yassi and Issa can be seen riding confidently through a dirt track as they cheered for each other. In the next scene, Issa had an accident as she was sprawled on the ground next to her motorcycle.

Yassi Pressman also shared a funny video on her Instagram where she was pranked by her friend. The actress captioned the video with a plea not to surprise her as she might actually hurt someone. In the video clip, Yassi screamed a couple of times after being surprised.
