Elha Nympha, niresbakan ang basher na tumawag sa kanyang "hayup"

- The singer, in a reply to the post, said that while she’s not angry, she’s not going to let the incident pass
- She informed the basher that she will inform her management agency what happened so appropriate legal action can be taken

Singer Elha Nympha must have been very hurt by a basher’s name-calling that she has decided to take legal action against the said individual.

Earlier, the basher berated Elha online for her alleged arrogance during a live performance, and then proceeded to call her “hayup.”
“Nd nmn ngbgo muka niang maarte n yan....kala moy kaganda...akoy nangggil talaga jan z hayup.n nympa n yan...pnanuod ko live nan...ang arte arte...kala m kng cno!..kala mo fluence neglizh...zamantlang bago xa mkpazok jan..hawak nia bananacue..taz ngaun ang arte arte talGa,” the post of the basher reads.
While “hayup” in the English language translates to “animal,” its context, when used in how the basher wrote it, becomes derogatory.
Elha must have derived the same context from the post as she immediately responded to the post and made it known to the basher that she will take action against her.
“Hi! Just want to let you know na before ka mag post make sure u know na may law tayo (Republic Act 7610) The law against child abuse. Don't worry po I'm not angry, pero we won't let this slide. I will surely report this to my management to take legal action. Godbless,” the singer wrote in reply to the post of the basher.
Subsequently, Elha posted another reply, this time showing Star Magic’s statement on the bashing of artists’ children on social media.
The basher has not responded to Elha’s reply, nor deleted her derogatory post.

Elha Mae Nympha is a Filipino singer who won the second season of The Voice Kids in 2015. She was born on April 16, 2004 and started singing at the age of 3 and started joining a school competition at the age of 7, where she won a rotary competition on Amaranth on February 18, 2014. At the age of 9, she auditioned for the first season of The Voice Kids but did not make it. In 2015, she tried her fate again and auditioned for the second season, which she won. Nympha won a recording contract with MCA Music Inc. (Philippines), a Universal Music Group company in 2015, with her self-titled studio album, Elha, released on October 7, 2016, with the carrier singles "Susunduin", "Emotions", and "Love on Top".
