Rabiya Mateo laments displacement of Aeta's after private parties took their lands

Rabiya Mateo's recent Instagram post showed how much she cares for groups of people who have somehow suffered from greediness of people.
She told the story of an indigenous Ati community in Bohol. She said that they were also from Panay, however, as per the chief of the tribe of the Ati community, their lands were grabbed by private individuals.
Rabiya's heart was broken considering that they lost their land because they did not know the legalities involved in land ownership.
"This is the harsh and sad reality. We need to protect them. We need to fight for them," said the beauty queen.
Many netizens expressed gladness seeing Rabiya continue her advocacy.
