Catriona Gray gave an interview for Edward Barber's talk show "Kwentong Barbero" which aired on the lifestyle app Kumu last May 12, 2021.
In the interview, Catriona made several revelations regarding her past relationship and her beliefs. The beauty queen shared that she found it difficult to be in a relationship with someone who does not have the same level of faith as she does.
Catriona explained that she was not saying that couples who do not share the same faith can't have a proper relationship. She believes that for some people, they can manage to make their relationship work by making compromises.

However, for Catriona, this was something she was not willing to compromise on. For her, it is vital to have a person who fully supports her while sharing the same faith and beliefs.
"But I’ve just come to a point in my life where faith is so foundational I can’t imagine being with a partner that also doesn’t support me and walk in faith with me on my same journey."
