Andi Eigenmann recently expressed her yearning for the showbiz world and her desire to return to acting.

She said she loves to act and is not the type who would just turn her back on it without sufficient reason.
The actress has starred in several movies and TV soap operas before she decided to live a quiet, island life with fiancé Philmar Alipayo and her three kids.
While she enjoys her life right now, she admits there are times when she misses the showbiz world and is open to any opportunity just as long as the material is good.
“I loved every single moment I ever had in front of the cameras. So if there’s an opportunity, right script, whatnot, why not?” the actress said in an interview.
However, she admitted this might not happen in the near future.
“Because that would mean leaving my kids and can’t do that,” Andi said.
She said that while she could still return and act in front of the cameras, she has to consider the welfare of her kids.
“I knew that I could do it but I was just like, ‘How will I do this? How will this be possible when I have a child who I’ve been struggling to spend time with?” the actress revealed.
“Ellie is growing up and time is ticking. I want to be able to spend more time with her. And in order for me to do that, I have to take time off showbiz,” the celebrity mom explained.

Andi Eigenmann, Andrea Nicole "Andi" Guck Eigenmann in real life, is a Filipina actress and model born on June 25, 1990. She comes from a family of artists, with actor Mark Gil and actress Jaclyn Jose as her biological father and mother. She is the niece of multi-awarded actress Cherrie Gil and actor Michael de Mesa. Andi started her showbiz career in a soap opera Prinsesa ng Banyera on ABS-CBN, where she played the role of Sandy. In 2008, she appeared in the reality show Pinoy Big Brother: Teen Edition Plus.

Aside from Ellie, the actress has two other kids, with Baby Koa as the youngest of the three. Andi took time to document the journey she had with Baby Koa, from the moment she discovered she was pregnant up to postpartum. She said that she still looked exactly the same at one day postpartum and clarified that her post is not about bouncing back to where she was before. She then narrated the realizations that she had for the past months, or in being a mom.
Andi is also one of the few brave women in showbiz who are not afraid to show their imperfections. The actress proudly uploaded her barefaced selfie on Instagram without using any filters. The celebrity mom likewise captioned her photo with an empowering message. She penned about the importance of self-love and accepting her own flaws.
