Jelai Andres has been criticized and bashed by netizens who are fans of a certain TikToker. This TikToker is rumored to be the woman her husband, Jon Gutierrez allegedly had an affair with.
The actress has been very active on social media in expressing her anger and disappointment over Jon's repeated infidelity which earned the support and sympathy of her fans but also garnered the ire of netizens who supported the other woman.
In her recent tweet, Jelai asked netizens to help her identify a certain netizen who was actively bashing her on social media. The basher is, as usual, a fan of the rumored TikToker.

It would seem that Jelai has decided to settle things legally as she wrote on Twitter that she wants the netizen to be held accountable for her remarks on social media. The actress even used the legal term, "Ignorantia juris non excusat" which means that ignorance of the law excuses no one.
"I would like to ask for your help to know the full name of this person. It seems like she wanted to join. So, sige let's give it to her. Since she should be held accountable for her own actions naman. You are now very welcome to join the fun legally. Ignorantia juris non excusat"
Her sister, Candy Andres-Monroe also posted a picture of a netizen's tweets which she believes should also be handled legally. The accounts that both Jelai and Candy have posted have now been deleted.
Meanwhile, netizens are trying to find the identity of the unknown basher as requested by their idol, Jelai.

Jelai Andres also addressed the public apology that Jon gave her in one of his vlogs. Jelai opined that Jon's apology was not at all sincere and she even said that both of them know this. According to the actress, Jon only apologized because he got caught.
