Together with her husband, Anthony Semerad, the actress revealed the gender of their upcoming bundle of joy.
In the intimate gender reveal, the couple was absolutely overjoyed after learning that they will be having a baby girl as pink confetti popped out of a black balloon.
“We decided her name to be Mia Aya Semerad,” Sam shared.
Sam and Anthony will welcome their firstborn in August.

In March 2021, Sam has gotten married to basketball player Anthony Semerad in a lovely civil wedding. The actress earlier said that they would have a very small civil wedding and that by the end of the year, the couple would have their "semi-bigger wedding." According to the actress, their second wedding will be attended by their loved ones.
Sam and Anthony announced on May 5 that they are expecting their first child. They revealed the good news on their respective social media pages. The couple also posted some pictures showing sonogram of their baby and the actress' baby bump. Both of them furthermore expressed how excited they are to enter parenthood.
