It seems that Julia Barretto is joining the list of actors and actresses making cryptic posts on Instagram with her newly uploaded photo, which she captioned “lost selfie.”

In the photo, the actress can be seen taking a selfie shot with the seashore as her background.
Her wet hair suggests that Julia perhaps may have just taken a dip at the sea or is done rinsing after enjoying some water activities.
It is unclear if her post is somewhat related to the recent cryptic uploads of her BF, Gerald Anderson, about “staying strong” and “forever grateful” posts on his Instagram account.
Julia’s caption, if taken literally may mean nothing at all. However, if it is connected with the posts of her BF, then it takes on a whole new meaning.
It could be that she found her true self in the company of Gerald.
The actress has expressed how much she loved her BF and how much he loved her.
Barely two days ago, Julia posted a sweet photo with Gerald, showing her holding the actor’s head in a somewhat protected manner while her chin is firmly planted on his shoulders.
Whatever the meaning, or lack thereof, of the “lost selfie” photo that Julia uploaded would definitely be known in the coming days.

Julia Francesca Barretto Baldivia is a Filipino actress and model. She was born on March 10, 1997 to actor Dennis Padilla and actress Marjorie Barretto. She has two siblings, Claudia and Leon, an older maternal half-sister, Dani and a younger maternal half-sister, Erich. She finished grade school at Miriam College in Loyola Heights Katipunan Avenue Quezon City in March 2011 and graduated from high school at St. Paul College in Pasig in March 2015. She rose to prominence after being cast in ABS-CBN's Kokey, where she played the lead role of Anna Calugdan. She has successfully starred as the protagonist of the 2014 melodrama fantasy series Mirabella. She also starred as a bida kontrabida in And I Love You So. She's one of the Asap It Girls together with Liza Soberano, Janella Salvador and Kathryn Bernardo.

Several days ago, Julia, in an interview with Gerald for the latter’s vlog, revealed that she already wants a family. She was featured as the actor’s "special guest" in his street food vlog. During the vlog, Julia tried several street foods that are new to her while answering Gerald's questions. Among the questions the actress received was about her “5-to-10 year plans” where she said she’s ready to exchange the glamor of showbiz for a quiet and peaceful family life.
More recently, the actress took to Instagram and flaunted how much her boyfriend Gerald loves her. She said that Gerald is not a fan of taking shots. However, she was able to make him do it, saying that Gerald did it for her. In her caption, she added a heart emoji at the end.
