- The primary complainants were able to talk to Jamill and reiterated their stance in seeking a public apology from the popular couple
- Both Jayzam and Camille issued an apology, Jayzam saying that they were going through tough times at the time, and Camille for shouting at one of them on the phone

Jayzam Manabat and Camille Trinidad finally issued an apology to the glam team that they stood up during a shoot, during an episode of Raffy Tulfo in Action.

The glam team's post, complaining how they were left waiting for hours outside the subdivision where Camille and Jayzam were living, has gone viral on social media.
The team traveled from Taytay, Rizal to Nueva Ecija but they were stood up.
The complainants, Omar Sali, a fashion stylist, and Alehks Fusilero, a photographer, were able to talk to the couple.
Each of the complainants were able to air their sentiments and eventually, Jayzam and Camille apologized.
"Nagloloko na po ako noong time na iyon. Nadala na po s Camille sa galit sa akin. Ako po talaga ang may kasalanan."
"Sir Omar, Sir Alehks, humihingi po ako ng pasensya dahil nadamay po kayo, nabigyan po kayo namin ng hassle dahil sa personal na problema na nangyayari po sa amin," said Jayzam.
"Gusto ko pong mag-sorry kay Sir Omar at kay Sir Alehks, kasi nung mga panahon po na iyon, sobrang litong-lito ako, siyempre po, tao lang din po ako, hindi ko po inexpect na yung pagsigaw ay lalabas pa. Para sa akin po hindi po sigaw iyon, normal ko lang po na pakikipag-usap iyon. Alam po ng maraming tao po iyon dito sa bahay namin. Kung meron man po kaming nagawang kasalanan, sorry po," said Camille.
She added, "wala pong taong perpekto."
