Angel Locsin may be facing charges, the Brgy. Chairman of Barangay Holy Spirit Chito Valmocina stated on PTV4.

He said that the actress did not coordinate with them with regarding the community pantry.
He also lambasted the actress' announcement that her birthday would be celebrated in the barangay through the community pantry.
For the chairman, the act of Angel was "serious negligence."
He stated that there were many , non-residents of the barangay who came there to catch a glimpse of the actress.
As per RPI 738KHZ, there were more than 3,000 individuals who came to the pantry.
The stubs that Angel and her team prepared were for 300 only.

Angel Locsin uploaded a photo of her meeting with Baguio Mayor Benjamin Magalong. Some people in the comments section criticized Locsin for seemingly defending Magalong. Magalong has been in the news for allegedly being a part of Tim Yap’s party that violated COVID-19 health protocols. Locsin then called out one of the critics who she recalled as one of the organizers of the pro-ABS-CBN rally last year. The actress asked that netizen what she did when social distancing was not observed during the said rally.
