Actress Rita Avila gave a message to Angel Locsin after the latter bravely admitted and took full responsibility for the death of the senior citizen who was lining up at the community pantry.
She said that the death of the senior citizen was not the fault of the actress.
"His death is not ur fault at all but yes, it is sad that it happened on your bday pa. Condolences to the family of Tatang."
Previously, Angel also asked for an apology for the scuffle at the community pantry.
Angel Locsin, known in real life as Angelica Locsin Colmenares, is a Filipina actress and endorser. She is currently in a relationship with Neil Arce. Angel has also produced films and is a fashion designer.
Angel Locsin took to Instagram and gave an update on the situation at the community pantry that she setup. Earlier, a scuffle ensued because of the number of people who came, waiting for their turn. There was even an elderly who fainted and later on died - Now, Angel Locsin revealed that the situation is under control and people are already listening.
Previously, she uploaded a photo of her meeting with Baguio Mayor Benjamin Magalong. Some people in the comments section criticized Locsin for seemingly defending Magalong. Magalong has been in the news for allegedly being a part of Tim Yap’s party that violated COVID-19 health protocols. Locsin then called out one of the critics who she recalled as one of the organizers of the pro-ABS-CBN rally last year. The actress asked that netizen what she did when social distancing was not observed during the said rally.
