Ellen Adarna recently took to social media to share a rather interesting quote from the Instagram account conscious_soulll.
According to the quote that the celebrity mom has posted on her Instagram Story, people should heal first before begetting children so their children will not have to subsequently heal from having them as their parents.

The actress, as many know, already has a son from her previous celebrity partner, John Lloyd Cruz. Recently, Ellen and her son, Elias have been living with her fiancé, actor Derek Ramsay. The mother and son can be seen spending some quality time together with Derek as they prepare to officially become a family soon.
In a recent interview, Ellen said that Elias's father John Lloyd has been present in his son's life even though the couple has already separated. Elias also seems rather close to his soon-to-be father, Derek.
