Derek Ramsay has successfully pranked his fiancée, Ellen Adarna.
On Tuesday, April 13, KAMI learned that the actor decided to help Ellen with what seemed to be a breathing exercise.
In the video, Ellen could be seen trying to insert her hand in a handhole Derek made without touching it.

However, when she managed to insert her hand, Derek suddenly spits on her hand which made the actress scream and almost slapped him.
Derek immediately ran away from Ellen, even hiding behind a sofa at one point as he laughed uncontrollably.
In his caption, Derek wrote, "Ibang levels na 'to. Please forgive me."

Meanwhile, Ellen left a hilarious comment on Derek's video whom she called "immature," "Derek Ramsay. Age: Immature," she wrote to which Derek responded, "Revenge, my dear."
