Leila Alcasid has penned a thought-provoking and important message on her Instagram about loving one's body.
The singer shared that she has never been able to answer people when asked how she lost weight. The reason for this was that she used to have an eating disorder and was depriving herself of food to lose weight.
Leila did not want to share this information with people who want to lose weight as it was unhealthy and incorrect. She also said that she had let her preoccupation with weight take over her life.

Leila also bravely reveals how people have continuously told her that she was not thin enough even when she was already depriving herself of food.
