Regine Velasquez captured the attention of netizens with her new YouTube vlog as she interviewed her stepdaughter Leila Alcasid.

KAMI learned that at the beginning of the vlog, Regine joked about Leila’s Australian mother, Michelle Van Eimeren.

Michelle and Regine’s husband Ogie Alcasid used to be a married couple and they had two kids – Leila and Sarah Alcasid.

The Asia’s Songbird joked that Ogie conned Michelle into marrying him as the latter was a stunning beauty queen when they got married.

“Leila is the daughter of my husband from his first marriage, with Michelle Van Eimeren.

“You know, si Miss Australia? Di ba, ang ganda non?

“Nabola ng asawa ko yun at nagkaroon po sila ng dalawang anak,” Regine joked.
