Melai Cantiveros recently celebrated her birthday at home with her family. At exactly 12 midnight on April 6, 2021, her family surprised her by waking her up to greet her a happy birthday while her husband presented her with three cupcakes each with a lighted candle.
Her family sang and enthusiastically danced to the tune of "Happy Birthday". Melai can be seen lying in bed under the covers together with her children.
Each of her family members presented her with a candle to blow for her wishes. Her husband, Jason Francisco sat beside her as she and her daughter blew the candles on the cupcakes together.

Jason had a wonderful message for his wife which was the intro for Melai's surprise birthday vlog.
"I just want to wish a very happy, happy birthday of course my baby, my chick, my single wife. I just want you to be happy today. Of course, I want to thank you because you are a very good wife and you are a very good mother to our children."
