Kyline Alcantara, during the virtual presscon of her weeklong serye, #Future recounted the time that she was discriminated by the director at the set.

Back then, she recalled that she was just a "talent." She even shared how there was a term that was used to describe a talent and an "artist."
She vividly recalled the words that were used by a director at her and her mom even experienced it.
"Yeah, na-discriminate ako. Sabi sa akin ng director, 'Talent ka lang. Diyan ka lang.' Taga-Bicol ka pa. Ang pangit ng accent mo! Ayus-ayusin mo 'yan! Asan ba nanay mo?!'"
According to Kyline, the feeling was not really nice as it was not only she who was the subject of the ridicule, but also her mom.
She then strived so that she will no suffer the same fate again.
