Although many knew that these two are like certified BFFs, many may also be wondering how their love story started.
In an old interview with Arci Muñoz in Cosmo.ph, the 32-year-old actress revealed so much about her best friend relationship with JM.
She and JM were college BFFs way back in UP during the mid-2000s.
They met in UP Diliman as Theatre Arts students.
"Kasi best friend ko eh. Parang ang hirap kung pupunta kami sa ganung direksyon, ang hirap na ibalik na ang ganitong klaseng relationship namin as friends. Best friend ko ito eh," said Arci, referring to JM.
She also revealed that if she is feeling bad, it would be JM whom she would confide to other than her own family.
She also revealed that she had this huge crush on JM. She also said that JM knew it in their college days, and "feel na feel" niya.
As for JM, he revealed that Arci was very frank, which is something that he loved.
"Prangka po siya sa akin. Kung magsalita siya, diretso sa puso...Nandiyan siya lagi para i-lead ako pabalik sa positibo," said JM.
