Liza Soberano responded to the comments of netizens who questioned her tweet where she lamented the lack of support of the government for the poor.

She then compared how the testing and the vaccine are both free in the U.S. and that they already received the second stimulus, and are waiting for the third.
A netizen then hit Liza for her tweet.
"You're comparing our 'poor' country to the first world country? lMAO. Yes Liza, our country is too poor to feed every Filipino's mouth. So, don't expect that much. I still do appreciate your compassion tho."
To this Liza responded in the most eloquent manner.
"So what do we do? Just sit back and wait for a miracle to happen? Pray that Covid just disappears. I believe God works wonders but I believe that he gives us the instruments to make that happen. Sad thing is the instruments/decision making are not in our hands."
Another netizen rallied behind the actress and sought for others to protect Liza because he said that for sure, DDS will be attacking the actress.
