Karla Estrada flaunted her huge weight loss after a year of working out. She posted the "effects" on IG, and showed that it was a journey from March 2020 to March 2021.

"Kahit konting achievement ipagmalaki mo! Dyan lahat mag uumpisa yan," said the mom, encouraging her followers just to keep at it and avoid finding reasons not to exercise.
