Heart Evangelista shared some important updates about her life on her brand new YouTube vlog episode.

KAMI learned that Heart had to undergo minor surgery due to a cyst-like pimple that grew on her face.

She also decided to take out a mole on her face that kept on coming back even if she had it removed twice already in the past.

“They’re gonna have a mini-operation on this pimple. It’s almost like a cyst and they have to cut it open and stitch it.

“They’re going to take this thing out. I’m so afraid. I know it’s something little for some people but I just don’t like getting operations and stuff especially on my face because I scar really bad.

“And then they’re going to remove this mole that I’ve had since I was a little girl. They removed that two times when I was younger but it kept on coming back. So I’m taking that out,” Heart explained.
