Meryll Soriano posted a video of her workout when she was seven months pregnant.
She was doing a handstand, with her feet leaning against the door.

She explained that she has gestational diabetes and would need to do exercises four to six times a week.
Aside from ensuring that she stays fit for her baby, it also helps to keep her mentally healthy.
"Worked out 4-6 times a week. Helped me a lot with my mental health. Considering I have gestational diabetes at the time, I prioritized staying healthy with proper eating for me and the baby. And, of course, I had to be strong for my birth delivery," said Meryll in her post.

Both Meryll and Joem seemed to have enjoyed their pregnancy journey, based on the pictures. The actor also seemed to have been hands-on in taking care of Meryll throughout her pregnancy.

She posted two photos, the first one shows her and Joem together, smiling and looking at the camera. The second one showed that both of their arms have a cute pair of emojis.
