Heart Evangelista addressed several of the ‘craziest rumors’ about her, and among these are that she uses milk or mineral water when bathing.

In her recent vlog, the Kapuso actress laughed off some of the baseless rumors said about her.
One is that her skin-care routine includes using milk for her bath. The actress denied this and made things clear.
“I didn’t bathe in milk, that was for an ad. It was actually milk that they put in water. That’s why it was really white.”
She said that she remembered Cleopatra bathing in milk, but she, herself, does not do it as it is not part of her lifestyle.

The singer-actress was also asked if she uses mineral water in bathing. Again, she denied the speculation.
Instead, she opened up about knowing another actress who really does it. According to her story, she witnessed this celebrity demanding two jugs of mineral water for her bath.
“During this; ‘pag kunwari, change location, and then napawisan siya, she would ask for two…you know, that blue mineral na may ganun,”
She was referring to a gallon of mineral or distilled water.
“She’d bathe in two mineral water, big jugs.” she added.
Answering the question directed to her, she responded that she thinks it is too much.
“But, no, I think that’s too much.” Heart said.

The vlog included other crazy rumors, which the actress answered openly. Most of the rumors circulated around her love life, professional life, and personal life.
Throughout the vlog, several facts were found out about Heart. For instance, she revealed that she is only 5’2—not 4’ ft. as rumors had it—but she knows how to make it appear like she is 5’8.
She also shared how her miscarriage helped her love her stepkids all the more and how she feels so blessed to have them.
