Chynna Ortaleza talked about her fear that her daughter Stellar would grow up afraid of numbers, but she soon discovered her own way of learning.

The Kapuso actress recently shared on Instagram that she is teaching numbers to her four-year-old daughter. Chynna revealed that she was worried that Stellar would grow up fearing numbers or Mathematics just like her.
“The other day we were really struggling with the 100 board. Like para akong naiiyak.. kasi fear ko na mag ka fear sa numbers si Stellar.
“Bilang nung bata ako ay talagang hirap na hirap ako.. actually hindi lang nung bata.. kahit ngayon! (emoji)”
However, Kean Cipriano’s wife revealed that she was able to discover how her daughter learns her lessons.
“But I learned a few things about her learning curve. She needs to sleep on a lesson. No fail.. the next day her difficulty understanding will transform into performing the exercises with ease. (emoji)”

She also gave some advice to other parents on how they should deal with their own fears without affecting their kids.
“Also as a parent, try to reprogram. Be conscious & try to stop yourself from projecting your fears unto the child. I am so guilty of this. I fail at it.”
Now, Chynna admits that she is also learning how to be a better parent. She also shared that her daughter is teaching her many things.
“However, I am trying to step back & just watch her grow into herself instead. My child is teaching me A LOT about everything.”
She ended her message with an update that Stellar was asking for more practice time so she could learn.
“Here we are reviewing again.. she says kasi she wants extra time to practice because she wants to learn.
“Nakaka proud!”
