Lani Misalucha shares going deaf in right ear after suffering from bacterial meningitis
- Lani Misalucha revealed that she lost her hearing in her right ear after she had a bout with bacterial meningitis
- She and her husband were brought to the hospital because of the disease
- Worse, she still does not know if there is any cure and she is now struggling whenever she sings as she could not hear her own voice
- She is thankful though that she and her husband are alive, and that is what she is thanking God for

Lani Misalucha just revealed that she had a bout with bacterial meningitis, and it is the reason why she was hospitalized.
Asia's Nightingale, together with her husband suffered from the said disease and according to her, it was worse than COVID.

She said that she and her husband suffered the symptoms such as pain in the body, serious headache, nausea at hearing problems.
Lani confessed during The Clash on December 25 that she lost her hearing in her right ear.
It was not COVID because for Lani, had it been COVID, she would have already been back at the show, but for her, bacterial meningitis is far worse.
