Friend of Vice Ganda admits the comedian is short-tempered at work

Vice Ganda and Team Vice shared some interesting details about the comedian and their friendship through the “Nagbabagang Miss BBQ and A” vlogs of the popular actor.

The “Unkabogable Star” uploaded a three-part vlog on his YouTube channel in which he and his friends answered some questions that gave glimpses on their journey together, particularly the rise of Vice Ganda’s career.
Vice and his friends can be seen having a barbecue party by the pool of the comedian's home. Ion Perez, Vice's boyfriend, would also appear in the vlog.
One of the topics that were brought up was the TV host’s worst traits. It started when Vice asked one of his personal assistants, Erna, about what he dislikes the most in their friendship.
“We have been friends for more than 20 years, ano 'yung pinaka hindi mo gusto sa samahan natin?” Vice Ganda asked.
“To tell you honestly, guys, ang hindi ko talaga gusto kapag kasama siya ay 'yung madaling mag-init ang ulo niya.” Erna answered.
Vice’s longtime friend even demonstrated how the comedian wants to get everything he demands right away, “madaling mag-init 'yung ulo niya. Gusto niya—pak!—andiyan na agad.”
One of their friends came to the TV host’s rescue, "tsaka pagkilala mo naman si Ganda, yung mga ganoong talak wala ‘yun. ‘Di mo dadamdamin ‘yun.”
Erna added that this attitude of Vice brought him to where he is now, “kaya nga nandiyan siya ngayon kung nasaan siya, diba?”
To this revelation, Vice Ganda expressed that he felt sorry for his friends.
“I feel so bad kasi, minsan nasasaktan ko ang mga damdamin niyo…
"Lagi akong nagmamadali, tapos, pag hindi nakaka-deliver ‘yung katrabaho ko, naiinis ako, sabi kong ganoon, and I feel so bad.”
He continued to share Erna’s comforting words, that if not for that trait, he would not be where he is now.

Erna also revealed that this trait of their friend allowed him to help many, “on the other hand, and on the brighter side, dahil sa ganyang pag-uugali niya, ang dami niyang natulungan."
The Team Vice continued to describe the "Praybeyt Benjamin" star to be someone who wants everyone at work to be fast-paced, hardworking and a yes-person. He does not like hearing the words “I don’t know” from his staff.
