The hilarious ABS-CBN host congratulated Piolo on his successful transfer to TV5 from the Kapamilya network. Piolo made the transfer after ABS-CBN failed to have its franchise renewed.

Luis Manzano is a popular actor and host who works for the Kapamilya network. He is the son of showbiz legends Vilma Santos and Edu Manzano. The star is also in a relationship with actress Jessy Mendiola.
He went viral months ago when he defended Senator Ralph Recto, his stepfather, from a netizen who blamed him for authoring the 3% OFW PhilHealth contribution memorandum. The actor-host pointed out that it was President Rodrigo Duterte who deemed the memorandum as urgent and signed it for implementation.
His mother, Vilma Santos, also earned praises after she expressed her full support for ABS-CBN amid its franchise crisis. Luis Manzano’s mother is one of the few congressmen who voted in favor of granting ABS-CBN a franchise renewal.
