According to the “Rated K” host, she was able to lose 11 pounds in two months. She also makes sure that she maintains a healthy figure.

Aside from reporting the progress of her “fitness journey,” the said personality also urged her followers to be healthy especially during this time of crisis.

“Just to report to you: from 118 days since day one of lockdown on March 17. 121 lbs pre-COVID, down to 110 lbs in 2 months,” she wrote.

“And I've been able to MAINTAIN (that’s the REAL challenge). 20-50g carbs daily ONLY. Swimming. 5 lb weights. Kaya mo rin yan,” she added.
